We do NOT collect private keys, seed phrases, or payment card details. EXX Wallet is non-custodial — your private keys never leave your device.

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide and improve our services, send OTP codes and transactional notifications, monitor for fraud and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or as part of public blockchain transactions you initiate.

We retain your personal data while your account is active. You may request deletion via the Danger Zone in Settings or by emailing [email protected]. On-chain transaction records are immutable and cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

We implement TLS encryption, hashed password storage, OTP-based verification, and session management controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.

We use essential session cookies for authentication and app functionality, and analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
