By accessing or using EXX Wallet (the "Service") at exxwallet.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EXX Wallet.

EXX Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet for managing EXX tokens and BEP-20 assets on BNB Smart Chain, including wallet management, staking, token transfers, and an AI assistant.

EXX Wallet does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or cryptocurrency assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and assets.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited, and not be on any government sanctions list.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk including potential total loss. Values are highly volatile, blockchain transactions are irreversible, and past APR performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Advertised APR rates are estimates and not guaranteed returns. Staking rewards are subject to change based on network conditions. Staked assets may be subject to lock-up periods. We are not liable for losses from staking activities.

You may not use the Service to violate any law, engage in money laundering or illegal financial activities, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, manipulate or reverse-engineer the Service, impersonate others, or engage in market manipulation.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by or licensed to EXX Wallet. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXX WALLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXX Wallet from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by emailing your registered address. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may terminate your account via the Danger Zone in Settings. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 15 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or unauthorised access claims.
